Joe is a retired Operations Manager in the semiconductor industry. He holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from San Jose State University in California. Since moving to Oregon in 2007, he has established a regional presence as a Producer, Writer, Director and Actor, ranging from Salem to Portland.
